The hotel is clean. All the rooms are beautiful and the staff is helpful. The location it offers is great, near to the metro. It's worth staying here and exploring Ernakulam district. Thank you for a nice stay.

The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the heart of the market place. The rooms are well maintained and have a great ambience. Despite the average exterior, the interiors are clean and hygienic. The staff is very helpful and courteous. The hotel facilities, although small, are well maintained. It is conveniently located just 2 minutes from the railway station, 5 minutes from the metro, and only 15 minutes from the famous Rajagiri Hospital. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

Fairly clean, good value hotel, the location was good and magnificent just next door to Aluva town center and all means of transport, and the railway station and bus station. The staff members were professional. Loved the a double room we had. It was spotless and bathroom was clean here...

The room was neat and fairly clean. The location was very convenient, being close to the railway station, airport, and Aluva town center. Additionally, it was situated in a market place. The breakfast was available at a very budget-friendly rate.

I really loved the fantastic location near a metro station and the variety of delicious food options, making this my top choice for my next visit.

Spending my Christmas at this hotel was an exceptional experience. the rooms were immaculately clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and hygienic stay. the staff was exceptionally courteous and hospitable, always available to assist with any query. the hotel was perfectly situated in a central location, providing easy access to local amenities and transportation options.

The food and beverage services were below expectations. Breakfast was limited to 1 item per day, and the tea and coffee options were quite basic, leaving me wanting more.

The hotel may be difficult to locate and police sirens in the area can be noisy.

Well-maintained rooms and friendly staff, plus a convenient location close to the town center. The open parking is a nice plus too!

The breakfast options were quite limited and the lack of tea/coffee supplies or kettle in the rooms was an inconvenience. there were restrictions for entering and exiting the hotel after 10 pm, and the nearby MLA office led to frequent police sirens which were quite disturbing.
